One Piece Online is a fun online game based on an anime series named One Piece. This is the online version that allows you to interact with other people from all over the world which have a lot of interest in anime, and alongside that you also have the opportunity to solve a wide range of problems in any way you see fit.

Moreover, One Piece Online brings a complete reproduction of various characters from the One Piece universe. If you are accustomed with the original series, then you already know that this is a game about pirates. The idea here is that you can choose one of the three characters, each one with a different class, and battle your way in order to become a more powerful pirate.
While exploring this large game world you will have access to numerous items and you can even recruit a ton of companions too, in an effort to gain better results.

What makes this game very interesting is the fact that you can create your own crew and scour the seas with them. Each companion, which in this game is called a partner, has different skills and the best part about it is that you can browse them at any given time.

Exploring the game world and browsing the region is done automatically, since the game brings the normal click and watch technique that many RPGs are employing nowadays. This particular technique is very interesting in our opinion, and you are bound to appreciate its results if you are in a hurry. However, One Piece Online does suffer from this mechanic in the long run, because the player doesn’t get enough say in the way things are working.

The same thing can be said about the combat here which is a lot more generic than you might expect. From start to finish, the combat is automatic, so all you can do is to equip your hero the best way you can and choose a powerful companion as this will increase your chances of survival. While playing, the idea is rather simple, you just need to defeat all the enemies on the map without allowing them to reach your flag. The gameplay is very alert at all times, and you don’t feel bored in the beginning, in fact you will find some of these things overwhelming since everything is just happening so fast.

On top of that, the game also comes with an overwhelming interface, which brings even worse results if you play on a smaller screen. On the bright side though, you have a captain wheel, a backpack as well as a list of partners, quick access to the tavern and the ability to sail right on the spot, which is cool.

Graphically, One Piece Online looks great, especially if you love the anime inspired characters, so you are bound to appreciate how the game looks. If you’re not an anime fan, then the graphics will seem ok. When it comes to sounds, the game is a little generic, with a few repetitive tunes, but in the end you can stop the game music and opt for your own.

Overall, One Piece Online manages to bring a lot of variety into the mix. It’s fun, refreshing and a wonderful experience that you are bound to appreciate as a fan of anime and manga. This is an interesting browser game that does have its problems, but in the end it’s a very cool, refreshing experience that you can try! One Piece Online Summary
